BEGINNER'S INDOOR CLIMBING (BOULDERING) WORKSHOP
Our beginner workshops are the perfect way to experience the joy of climbing for the first time.
Designed for those with little to no experience, these sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to learn the fundamentals. Our experienced instructors will guide you through basic climbing movements, teach you essential safety techniques, and help you build confidence on the wall.
Whether you're looking for a new hobby, an effective workout, or just something new, our workshops are a fantastic starting point.

INR 1000 (includes day pass, instructor,
and rental climbing shoes).

Session Plan
Gentle exercises to prepare your body for climbing​

Climbing techniques, Basics, Practical climbing experience with step-by-step guidance from our instructor.
Post-climb cool down and stretching for strength and recovery.
3. Cool-down

Preparing for your climbing experience

Wear flexible, comfortable workout clothes.

Bring a water bottle.

Keep nails short to avoid discomfort or injury.

Remove all rings, jewelry, and watches.

Tie back long hair using a rubber band (clips are discouraged).
