Boulder 21 is a bouldering gym set up by Girivihar with support from NMMC. Girivihar has donated the Climbing Wall and other equipment imported from Germany to NMMC for the Citizens. This will help them spread the sport to the Citizens, a sport that has so much more to offer than just a competitive sport. We want more people to climb whatever easy hard they can so that they enjoy it and remain happy.

It was inaugurated and Covid hit, actually started operations since 1st June 2023.

This is a public facility so kindly co-operate. 
 
Schedule:
5 PM to 9 PM - All days except Mondays and Public Holidays.
(1 hour slots - No need to Prebook  - Your time starts when you arrive)

Age Limit:
18+ Adults
14+ Children (Should be accompanied by a parent)

Fees: The facility is free.​

Instructors are available to provide guidance in climbing.

Compulsory Essentials:

• Climbing shoes are a must. - Available on rent if you dont have one. (bare-foot climbing is not allowed, and outside shoes are not allowed)

• Comfortable gym clothing with sleeved shirts and pants are highly recommended to avoid bruises.

Registration:

• One time Registration is compulsory. ( Can be done on the spot.)

• An aadhaar card or any valid government document must be ID proof.

• Every person has to go through a mandatory workshop for the first time to understand the rules and safety and will need to comply with 1) 

  • Basic Introduction to Climbing

• People who have already registered can start climbing in their available slots.

NMMC Zone Policy: 

• Slot will be available on a first-come, first-served basis; No advance/proxy booking.

• The maximum number of people inside the facility at any point in time will not exceed 15.

• Each person gets a one-hour slot maximum in a day. No need to pre-book a slot.

• First Preference citizens of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation area.

• This is a strictly NO Food zone.

• Carry your water, and do not spill.

• No changing facility; changing on the premises or public is strictly prohibited.

• Use of mobiles/cameras/music is strictly prohibited.- This is a no-digital zone to encourage better living.

• You are responsible for your belongings.

• This zone is purely for climbing and not for any group/social activities.

• Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

• Undoubtedly, a No Smoking and No Drinking Zone.
